Es primordial aprender a escuchar para poder realizar una arquitectura que corresponda a las necesidades reales de los clientes, antes de imaginar una solución. Es algo que muchas veces pasamos por alto y desde el inicio pensamos en como resolver antes de saber, lo que vamos a resolver. Para poder hacer un análisis en mi experiencia, trabajo con pains and gains y un apartado de clear points, esto me sirve para orientar de forma más óptima a nuestros clientes

I would strongly support this aspect. You must keep fresh and up to date all the time. In our industry it’s a life long learning, which what attracted me to the IT industry in the first place. I always set my goal to do at least two possible 3 courses every year, in addition to my weekly online training. But I challenge myself with topics that are not only interesting but challenging and take me out of my comfort zone.
