How can you build strong relationships with other developers?

As software developers, we thrive in a world of code, algorithms, and problem-solving. Yet, the true power of our craft lies not only in the lines of code we write but in the relationships we build with our fellow developers which is also pivotal for professional growth and team success. In my experience, building and nurturing these relationships, consists of Prioritizing open communication, collaborating on code reviews, attending events, contributing to open source, fostering a learning culture, and being supportive and approachable. I think this is also a problem that a good developer has to solve. If our software and systems relate and communicate very well, how can can't we? I hope this is also our responsibility.

You don't need to do anything extra ordinary for keeping the strong rrlationships with other developers, you can keep it strong by doing simple things. Be open minded, ask questions, share examples, collaborate more on tasks, help others by sharing your insights, show respect, and show empathy. Most of all celebrate together :)

You just need to have the courage to speak up, and should do so with humility and with a mindful awareness to respect their time.

It is often seen in places like Stack overflow where people who should know better discourage conversation by downvoting questions of suggestions. This needs to stop.

We all dread from Code Reviews but in my experience I have found it always help in improving the quality of your current code and even your future work so always wait to seek feedback which will always refine your work and make your work an exquisite polished diamond.

People tend to be terrified of exposing themself to criticism, which is understandable. But if you read a story about a great person from any walk of life , the greatest achievers were not afraid of failure. Whether it be sports , science , entrepreneurship, or mostly anything that requires repetition and a learning curve, dropping the shield that pride creates to protect the ego from harm , is necessary if you want to be as good as you possibly can. I view criticism as a learning experience and would much rather hear someone tell me the truth than give me some fluff that makes me feel good but doesn’t advance my knowledge or understanding.

I would also suggest adding value with things like Monitoing the developed services and thinking how to make logs clean and clear. for example, bad password is not an application error, so it should not be added to the logs as an error, suggest warning, work and communicate with devops to see what would improve their loves and make running your applications easier.
