I had a team member that was very very detailed oriented. I recall us writing a email for a client together. It took us over 30 minutes. It wasn’t a critical email a standard follow up with a CTA. Over time I made it a priority to connect with this individual. I learned about him, how he processed information and how that adds value to a process that I tend to neglect and vise versa.
