When we connect with the like minded people its Cherry on the top. Genuinity, ambiguity and authenticity with fun and learning goes a long way. That's my way of doing things. Yes, we can be humorous and respectful at the same time.

I agree. Don't be fake in the work environment, all people like to be normal funny and friendly. For example, I always look at my manager as the best because he interacts with us as his people and no need to get stressed or nervous when he is with us. This makes our team very productive and comfortable.
