A key is to not frame your own knowledge and process as how others must work or it being superior, everyone has a different process. Speak from experience humbly and show how you have gained your knowledge and what has worked for you. Knowledge sharing is a two way street, just because another developer might be less experienced it doesn't mean that they can't also teach you new skills and insights as well. Frame conversations with problems to solve, look to find out how they would solve things then share how you would do it and why. The games industry is changing and innovating constantly, we owe it to each other to share knowledge and help each others grow.

Look out for opportunities to provide formalised mentorships. A great example of one of these programs is Limit Break (https://www.limitbreak.co.uk/) which helps to pair up experienced developers with those early in their careers. There's lots of support, and the framework provided by the team at LB is a really good way to approach mentoring with a great resources and a supportive network of mentors and mentees.
