How can you build relationships with less experienced colleagues?

Treat them as equals. I approach every interaction with the mindset that we’re all HUMANS first, regardless of our experience levels. Make time to get to know them personally, understanding their interests and goals. Listening plays a big part–be there to REALLY HEAR their ideas and perspectives, not just to share our own. I offer guidance and support, but it’s more about empowering them rather than dictating. Sharing my experiences is part of it, but I do it in a way that's relatable and collaborative. WE ALL started somewhere, and remembering that helps me connect genuinely, fostering a supportive and inclusive team environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

It's necessary to take timely feedbacks wither from your seniors, peers or juniors. I have been into training from 2017 and its important to give them the time to learn something new rather than forcing them to learn what we want. At the same time we should guide them to search for topics that will help them to upskill

1.Identify strength and weakness 2. Helping Hand- Training followed by proper guidance 3. Allocate buddy and allow them to settle down 4. Feedback at regular interval 5. Acknowledge the efforts ?? 6. Create atmosphere for free flow of communication.( Don't be an autocrat, If you have "power" keep it with you )

1. Ask for their feedback on your work and be open to their suggestions. 2. Learn from their skills and knowledge; ask them to teach you something new. 3. Work together on projects where both strengths can shine.

Be humble. Often the only thing that separates the less experienced person from me is that I've just done this thing longer. Many of them are just brilliant and they already know about things I've never heard of. This is the moment to do things together, join forces and learn as a unit.
