1 Identify the source of difficulty

You don’t have to build to the top of the roof with everyone, some, you will only be able to start the plans, break ground and /or build a foundation. And some, child, will only will be there to help you decorate when you’re done. Identify who is great for the stages you’re at now!

Because in itself, quite apart from the personalities and/or attitudes they may have, it is the fact of what the interaction is like. It is always good to give space and respect to your partner or colleague. But it is always with a good attitude, the first impression of how you connect.

A mi me resulta útil llevar a cabo la aceptación de la otra persona y de la situación objeto de tensión desde un punto de vista racional, basándome en 3 premisas: 1. De todas las personas se puede aprender algo, todas las personas tienen valor. 2. La situación es la que es, mi trabajo es gestionarlo de la forma más profesional que sea capaz, no hacer más complicado el reto que abordar. 3. In my experience, it is best to remember that while we might see each other as a family at work, we still have to keep in mind that every actual family still has a diverse group of members. And just like that one time you remember not seeing eye to eye with your brother is the same way (if not, even more) you might not always be of the same mind with your colleagues. Add on to the fact that each individual's way of thinking is shaped by the kind of upbringing and exposure they received, we have an almost impossible chance of having that one person you always get along with. It is best to find your way of understanding how to relate with your colleagues while constantly reminding yourself that we all have different world views.
