One of the trends and innovations can be everything related to the integration of photovoltaic energy in products (PIPV), vehicles (VIPV) or architecture (BIPV). Thanks to new innovations in panels giving them greater flexibility, transparency or even colors, along with the cheapening of materials, solar panels can be incorporated into the design itself, serving a dual function: architectural and electricity generation in the same space. I have worked conceptualizing products with photovoltaic integration such as tables, cars, toys, lamps... the possibilities are endless!

If you are looking for leaders then many of the 'should' statements have to be changed to 'must'. You MUST know the difference between grid connect, hybrid, off grid and off grid/ grid backup. A leader is also someone who has the internal character traits of a leader. Just knowing stuff doesn't make you a leader. If you don't have the skills of leadership then it is likely that no one will listen to you.
