Nous avons la possibilité de faire des messages automatiques de réception de candidatures et de retours négatifs (permet de gagner en temps) toutefois ces retours ne sont pas constructifs pour les candidats ce qui pour moi est primordial notamment si nous les avons re?u en entretien ( un appel téléphonique en donnant les raisons du refus me semble indispensable). Les entretiens en visio sont un réel avantage, car les candidats peuvent se rendre plus facilement disponibles mais nous ne voyons pas la personne en situation professionnelle et celle-ci peut ne pas être dans de bonnes conditions (outils / lieu).
