One thing I have found helpful is to know and understand your Why! My purpose serves me first and will help others. The Why, gets me motivated to craft my story. It moves me forward. It drives me! It sets my tone! I know who I am because of self-discovery. Take time to learn. Reflection on where and What serves you. What skills can I bring to the table? Understanding brings clarity. Explore possibilities! Will this help me? Can I share my experience with the world? If you can answer a huge yes! It's a place to create an opportunity called your purpose! Share it, Teach it, and help others find joy in giving.

Love and respect everyone. Use your voice for influence! Use it to make an impact! Tell your story to lift and motivate without being prejudiced! Love is love! People are human beings worth love. Become involved in looking into your heart and learning about yourself and it will help you be aware of others. Change is knowing where I stand and knowing my own biases. If I want a world with peace, I have to create peace and love in me. Let's start with my awareness.

Speak in a language that edifies! Use safe words! But also know your audience. Be respectful! Communicate with purpose. Try to create a positive message, that inspires and gives hope. I respond to messages that lift me and inspire me. Those that challenge growth. Most of all be aware of your message and be respectful.

Finally, we should be open to feedback on our stories, both positive and negative, and use it to improve our storytelling skills and outcomes. We should seek honest and constructive feedback from our audience, our peers, and our mentors, and listen to their opinions, questions, and suggestions. We should also be willing to admit and correct our mistakes, and apologize if we have caused any harm or offense with our stories.

Stories are inherently bound up with the subconscious scripts of our implicit memories and selective inferences. Authenticity is a direct consequence of the environmental conditions lived in by consciousness. Though unitive ego development might move us beyond the core limitations of our egocentric self-constructs, consciousness is still presented as a unique perspective that can only be understood through parataxic distortions that are filtered through the lens of material human reality. The introspection illusion, a cognitive bias, hinders our decision-making and perceptual abilities by creating a false sense of insight into our own thoughts, motives, and beliefs.
