I like to use a reflectionist at the end of significant meetings. It rotates so everyone gets a turn. Intention is for one or two people to reflect on how they are feeling, experienced the event and what they are going to do afterwards. Everyone else just listens. Then the reflectionist picked the one for the next meeting. This is sent out with the MoMs. This helps prepare people for after action reviews that happen in the future.
