Pero, aprender un tema cada 15 días y usarlo teniendo un plan claro se ve más lograble, así pasa en la gamificación cada nivel tiene sus dificultades y se va avanzando de a poco. Finalmente, el factor social podría ser la herramienta definitiva, no hay nada que nos afecte más.

No necesariamente tienes que desarrollar un sistema gamificado. Puedes apalancarte de los existentes. Por ejemplo yo estoy felizmente siendo gamificado por Garmin para el deporte y por Calm para la meditación. Por otra parte si se quiere dise?ar su propio sistema, armaría desafíos, y que esos desafíos tengan premios, por ejemplo comprarse algo si haces N veces ejercicio a la semana, depositar en una alcancía cada cigarro ahorrado que no fumaste, etc. Recomiendo pensar en peque?os habitos y no ser ambicioso con grandes objetivos, y para este tema recomiendo el libro "Hábitos Atomicos"
