Pour établir un plan de maintenance électrique, pour ma part il est nécessaire de prendre en compte plusieurs conditions. Tout d'abord quelle approche choisir ?? Préventive, curative, prédictive??? Ou un mixte ??? Une fois de plus ce choix repose sur des analyses. L'environnement de travail(cadense de production par exemple, robustesse, climat, etc), la main d'oeuvre, l'outillage et les équipements, etc. Il est aussi nécessaire de se documenter sur les différents équipements sensibles et autres appareils des installations pour être en adéquation avec la maintenance constructeur. Le plan de maintenance déjà devra respecter la politique globale de l'entreprise, ainsi que les objectifs fixés par celle-ci aussi

L' évaluation du plan de maintenance est une étape très importante. Elle vise à avoir des données de vos actifs électriques en réponse à l'application de votre plan de maintenance. L' objectif étant d'avoir chaque actif toujours disponible. On pourra donc le réajuster dans certains cas spécifiques et avoir la réponse immédiatement. Le choix du plan de maintenance électrique, sa mise en place, son suivi et son évaluation doivent être en boucle fermée pour répondre toujours aux attentes de l'industrie
