Involvement of key stakeholders, including business users and IT teams is a key matrix to track. Data Quality issues need to be monitiored as it can cause issues throughout the ETL process, resulting in inaccurate or incomplete data . Scope of ETL testing need to be understood thoroughly as it can have an impact on resource planning during testing phases. Sometimes near production batches require more support than development cycles (Quite contrary to a general application development)
