The learning objectives should spurn the curiosity within the audience and they should look forward to the training program. Start by showing real life use cases so that the audience can relate to it quickly. We all love to hear anecdotes so use them liberally.

Define key performance metrics related to authentication, such as successful authentication rates, response times, and error rates. Monitor these metrics before and after the training.
