How can teamwork help you advance in your graphic design career?

I totally agree that Graphic Design is not a solitary activity. We always have to work with clients, colleagues, managers and other professionals to create and deliver effective visual solutions. Base on my 17 years experience in footwear industry, I definitely need a team to share the works and have to work with other people from different departments or vendors or factories. If we have done good everything by team work then for sure the Graphic visual is very helpful and help others can complete their jobs.

In my experience enjoying teamwork is team building (extra curricular activities) with in the team, as a team. Making the team solve different problems other than the projects can be rewarding. Also getting closer amicably also makes it enjoyable because people are more open to the team.
