This is key! Be strategic about who you talk to about your leadership skills, clarify how you put this into practice via your facilitation work. Be Loud, be Proud, be Strategic (Brag Better - Meredith Fineman). If you can say your achievements once you can say them twice. Demonstrate pride in your work and how you talk about it; demo your credibility and confidence. If you can do the former, additionally you need to find the people responsible for career change to be Loud/Proud in their direction. You're facilitating them get to know you and giving them information to make good decisions on!

If you don't celebrate your achievements who will? The work is never done however it's important to look back over our shoulder to see how far we've come! At intervals compare yourself to yourself. You're running this marathon For You. Talking yourself up first and foremost is a skill that needs practice. The benefits outweigh the disadvantages. Send yourself a Weekly Report with 5 things you achieved this week and 5 things you plan to achieve next week. Bullet points work well in this 5:5 report. Commitment to this habit gives you 52 reflections in 12 months and many CV boosting insights that you might otherwise have missed. Facilitation for your success is key, choose the methods that work for you.
