Team-based learning (TBL) has been pivotal in honing my leadership and communication skills. By collaborating with diverse team members, I've learned to navigate different perspectives and foster effective communication. TBL fosters continuous feedback, enabling me to refine my approach and enhance team dynamics. Reflecting on our collective and individual performances has deepened my self-awareness and critical thinking. Moreover, TBL has strengthened my self-regulation skills, vital for managing projects and achieving goals effectively in the luxury goods sector.

In my courses, I use a "supervisor" model for exercises and simulations. Students are in groups of 3-4, and throughout the semester, a different student in each group becomes a supervisor. Although the supervisor doesn't complete any more of the activity than the group, the supervisor is responsible for delegating tasks, making sure the group stays on task, encouraging every group member to participate in case of any social loafing, and more.
