Therefore, it is a good idea, to add some help, for the stakeholders to understand, which impacts the results have on your project and might, therefore, have on their goals and needs.

I would suggest to go to the next level and perform a TOWS analysis, to create a matrix that will allow you not only to identify and reflect on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, but also help you design the strategies needed in order to leverage on your strengths to create new opportunities and avoid threats, and so on.
