Our Cleveland team recently convened over 100 stakeholders at Project Impact, a social event aimed at engaging and aligning the construction ecosystem toward equitable opportunities and sustainable growth through three major upcoming projects in Northeast Ohio. These projects – Shaker Heights City School District Segment 1, Lake County, Ohio Public Safety Center, and Cuyahoga County Central Services Campus – will boost the local economy and create opportunities for diverse-owned and small businesses (DOSB) in the region. Attendees formed new connections with other firms and local organizations focused on helping DOSBs build capacity and attain certification. Representatives of the three public sector projects highlighted the community benefits from these transformative project investments. Gilbane is proud to bring together this strong network of community leaders, elected officials, project owners, and diverse contractors that will shape these projects and their long-lasting impact. Now that the Baltimore Ravens have kicked off their season, Construction Dive is giving an inside look at what it took to make these new improvements a reality.
