Mi experiencia después de haber trabajado en empleabilidad Senior, es el foco. Creo que se trata de llevar el problema a los afectados, cuando el principal conflicto son los tomadores de decisiones. Los gerentes generales, o muchas veces los que determinan a quien deben contratar, son gente que también está en, o sobre los 50, percibiéndose sumamente capaz y vigentes. Sin embargo al momento de contratar, optan por los jóvenes que tanto critican por su falta de compromiso, inexperiencia, comodidad y otras. ?Qué es lo que está obstruyendo la empleabilidad de adultos mayores por parte de los mismos adultos mayores que todavía están a cargo? Pregúntale a un gerente mayor.
