Aquí es donde los números entran en juego, aquí se le muestran estadísticas de actividad; qué se hizo y como se actuó en determinado evento; aparte viene el resultado. La implementación de procesos (mejores practicas, dispositivos de seguridad, etc) se miden con las métricas y los resultados brindan la certeza de que se eligieron las medidas correctas. Esto podría crear una relación sana que permita que el cliente tome una postura honesta que sustente la mejora contínua.

Soy de los que piensan que las métricas deben ser dinámicas, conforme se moldea una realidad con el paso del tiempo, las métricas deberían poder ajustarse a esa realidad. El proceso que se ha llevado en una compa?ía no sirve para aplicarla en otra. Los patrones no son estáticos por lo que ajustes periódicos, creo, son necesarios
