How can SDP foster collaboration and innovation among infrastructure security teams and stakeholders?

Advancements in data science and machine learning allow for the analysis of vast amounts of security data. This can identify patterns, detect anomalies, and predict potential threats. By sharing data and utilizing machine learning algorithms, security teams can collaborate to derive insights and make informed decisions. For example, an AI-driven system can monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and alert multiple teams simultaneously.

Working with a global financial services firm, we implemented an SDP solution that centralized the control of access policies. Previously, the firm struggled with the complex and error-prone manual configuration of firewalls and VPNs across multiple regions. With SDP, we were able to automate policy enforcement based on user identity and contextual factors such as time of day and location.
