Each developper add his strength to the team work and the goal is achived. The fact that the task is done empower both developers.

Pair programming is initiated when two persons sit at the same workstation and work on the code, with one person acting as the driver (person writing the code) and the other acting as the Navigator (person reviewing the code in real time). This social practice helps both the members to become more empowered, build team bonding, enhance learning and knowledge and improve the code quality significantly. Pair programming is not done for all the code segments, and it is considered only where it is critical, strategic and useful. If one of the persons is less experienced, the learnings are immense when he/she does pair programming.

I found that matching 2 developers that are in different levels can be a good expiriance. Since one can learn from the other.
