One of the most valuable things is the feedback, especially when it comes to somebody who has more knowledge, or senior to you, or possesses skills you currently do not. Now, I understand that the very fact of feedback can be stressful for many individuals, but, it requires just a tiny switch in mind. I'm here to "understand stuff". And, very soon you will see that not only it is not uncomfortable for you, it it rather removes stress and anxiety. You are in control, you know what's going on, you have a plan and goals. Execute!
