Communication breakdown can also occur if golden rule of any learning format is not being followed i.e. no usage of electronic devices unless an emergency. These are distractions and should be brought in as one of the class commitments to follow, right in the beginning of facilitation.

As a new facilitator, you may not have all the answers or the skills to handle every communication breakdown. That's why it is important to seek support and feedback from others who can help you learn and improve. You can ask for support and feedback from your peers, your mentors, your supervisors, or your clients.
