Learn and engage over the posts. You could clarify queries using Linkedin Messaging. Some of them offer 1:1 mentorship over other portals like MentorCruise or TopMate. - Join Linkedin groups related to mobile apps development, can post queries there as well. - Use StackOverflow to get help if you are stuck somewhere with the code. - Join Meetup groups and reach out to mentors/community members in person to clarify any queries, even to ask how to get started.

Finding a mentor is not something easy. Being proactive helps to get feedbacks from other developers and is a form of mentorship in my own opinion. The more you are proactive in learning new stuff and helping others, the more you will get feedbacks and get opportunities to get some sort of mentoring. You also need to be flexible because helping others and being proactive will imply taking some course, sharing your learnings with others (at work, on social media, in forums...), reading some books, joining communities... You have to keep in mind that mentoring someone is time consuming and not everyone has this time. There are different types of mentoring, so any helps from people is seen as some sort of mentoring for me.

From both perspectives it’s worth remembering that feedback exists to help share information and perspective. It’s not a list of things a person must do. Just more awareness for them to decide how it fits for them.
