It is important to remember to be constructive when giving feedbacks. Also, mentee should practice of being grateful for the mentoring you receive either it helps or not because at least, the mentor came to you with supportive intention.

One thing I heard often at Michigan Tech Week this year was 'put your network to work.' If you have a Venture Capital mentor, utilize the network they have to build relationships with additional funding sources or other support sources. Build those relationships before you need them.
