As a mechanical engineer I can't imagine that there is a single engineers loves to fill out Excel or PowerPoint reports, clicking through a CAx software which can be done by anybody without a proper engineering education, or getting stuck in endless discussions in meetings. Engineers are born to be creative and to develop awesome products. So create a work environment which gives engineers back the time to be creative, to try out new concepts and focus on real engineering challenges!!!
