Students who do not watch promo and preview videos are most likely to not return on site

A very useful metric is video consumption. Some content is over consumed than other in same course which is perfectly fine. I call is content spike. Usually first unit witnesses spike. If a course has more than one unit spike it's more likely to retain students more. Quiz ans assessment also help.
