No a todos los motiva la competencia, y por eso recomiendo mucho el modelo de Bartle, que de manera simple y elegante nos ayuda a balancear esto y determinar si vale o no poner una competencia. Combinar este modelo con el estado de Flow, para equiparar el desafío y la habilidad y crear un crecimiento orgánico, y gestionar las expectativas de los jugadores. Pensar como en una monta?a rusa, ?esperan una subida? Dales un giro a la izquierda. Los plot twist ayudan muchísimo en la gamificación.

A bit of cheating is Ok. Obviously, most of the time, you will want to prevent users from cheating. However, you will also encounter scenarios where users find minor exploits in the system that don't affect other users. In those cases, and if the exploit isn't giving them an unreasonable advantage, damaging your KPIs, or disrupting other players, you could allow it. EXAMPLE You have a learning platform where users get 1 point for every class they complete. They use those points to unlock some video content. Pois ao ligar o bot?o da competi??o as pessoas poder?o buscar formas de ganhar o jogo e ganhar dos outros, sem ter muita aten??o para o processo de aprendizagem, muitas vezes até trapaceando mesmo. Se o jogo for percebido como injusto o engajamento também se perde, logo, temos que balancear a competi??o com regras e cuidados para evitar efeitos reversos e acabar dando um tiro pela culatra.

Pensando un ejemplo de gamificación en entrenamientos corporativos, levanta información sobre qué les gustó y que nó de experiencias previas similares (si las hubo). Si por ejemplo una queja común es sobre el catering, y logras que eso se atienda, los participantes ya se irán percatando que fueron escuchados y se pondrán en mejor disposición. La gamificación no es un pulso cada tanto para mantener viva una experiencia aburrida (como poner una trivia al final de una charla de 4 horas con un premio predecible), sino dise?ar una experiencia completa para que el fin de la gamificación (QUé + QUIéN + CóMO + POR QUé) pueda ocurrir.

A partir desses dados e feedback partimos para revisar nossas mecanicas...quais surtiram efeito, quais tiverem efeito contrário ao esperado, gerando frustra??o, desinteresse e abandono? O ponto focal, para mim, é avaliar sempre os motivadores e as mecanicas associadas e se n?o est?o sendo positivos, é hora de revisar, alterar mecanicas ou dar um passo atrás e rever objetivos e público.

Pero yo soy ingeniero y me gusta hablar de número, en mi país solo 44 de cada 100 ni?os que empiezan el colegio se gradúan y el 30% de los jóvenes que se retiran lo hacen por falta de motivación o desinterés.
