Reconhecer é fundamental! é isso que mantém a chama da motiva??o acesa. E qualquer a??o de reconhecimento deve ser feita em público. Ouso dizer que reconhecer é até mais importante que recompensar. O reconhecimento deve ser usado como uma valida??o positiva para que a pessoa saiba que está no caminho certo. Já a recompensa deve ser por fazer algo surpreendente, diferenciado. é preciso ter muito cuidado ao recompensar as pessoas para que n?o se tornem "mercenárias" (só fazem algo, inclusive atividades de rotina, por que ter?o uma recompensa). E aqui volto a refor?ar as quest?es de dar sentido e propósito às atividades, Quando as pessoas têm clareza do porquê fazem o que fazem, a recompensa será algo inesperado.
