In my research, I have found that leaders being open to feedback, development, and growth is at the top of desired qualities for Gen Z and Millennial employees. Specifically, these generations value leaders who actively solicit feedback, seek out opportunities to improve, and have a growth mindset. As the younger generations will make up the majority of the workforce by 2030, it's imperative that leaders recognize the importance of being open to feedback and growth.
