Team need to be told and trained that every change brings opportunity: Suppose CEO just asked head facilities to cut real estate cost, Facilities head and his team should adapt this and bring space planning into the equation, hot desking, co working: Doing so team will learn new ways of working, learn how to tackle change and shine through the change. once FM save cost via innovative space planning and other ideas, all facilities team will be rewarded. In this modern age every day there are new ideas and challenges, FM team must be build and trained to adapt every change.
