I have had the privilege to work with some very experienced Engineers and I learned the most from them when they not only shared, but showed me their process in a real work scenario... Those few minutes spared from a busy schedule have had immense impact in my growth. I cherish them and strive to extend the same grace to upcoming developers around me.
