No matter how big you dream or vision others can only grasp whne you thoroughly explain. Take the initiative to jot it down and revisit it frequently with them for clearer and clearer understanding. They only know your vision when it's outside of your head.

Ideally connecting the visions and goals through creating of a business alignment model, coupled with goals cascaded to the individual employee level throughout the organization helps each employees understand their role in supporting the company mission, vision and goals. Talk About It Often, All The Time, Every Chance You Get Sometimes you need to jumpstart a culture. No matter what the geological report says in mining, you still have to open the ground up. The risk is ongoing. You have to talk about success and failure with your expectations often; sometimes, it can take people a few years before they catch on. I talk to my folks about these two quotes often. The first one is original from many years ago. 1. Success depends on the amount of failure one is willing to accept. 2. The smaller the risk, the smaller the reward; the bigger the risk, it is likely, the bigger the reward.
Don't Forget You When You Thinking About Them You must consider and always remember that motivation requires effort and work, the same as the person you are trying to motivate to do the work, to be innovative, and create, SO, don't forget that you also need motivation and refreshing. So don't forget yourself when you are thinking about them.
