1 Define the problem

Além do já exposto no neste artigo sobre como delimitar o problema, por experiência, sugiro que sempre verifique logo de início onde o processo falhou, levando-se em conta que ele existe. Digo isso por que muitas vezes já iniciamos uma análise buscando uma resposta nova para algo que já estava esta estabelecido e, por algum desvio, tornou-se um problema. Se nessa etapa identificamos isso a solu??o pode já estar definida e com isso reduzir em muito o tempo de conclus?o de um trabalho qualquer. Focar no básico. Podemos falar de melhorias? Sempre! Mas aí é outra quest?o que pode ser tratada em paralelo, com a rotina funcionando.

Problem solving is a technique not everyone having this at all. A single problem have many ways of resolution but a manager can take a way that is shorter, less harder, more efficient and productive.

The third step is to evaluate and select the best solution, based on criteria such as feasibility, effectiveness, cost, time, risk, and alignment with your goals and values. You can use tools such as decision matrix, SWOT analysis, or pros and cons list to compare and rank the solutions, and choose the one that meets your needs and expectations. You should also consider the trade-offs and consequences of each solution, and how they will affect your stakeholders and customers.

Si se establece una buena documentación así como las ceremonias precisas, las justas y necesarias para garantizar que fluya en conocimiento dentro del equipo garantizando una alta resolución en tiempo y calidad de las casuísticas y diferentes escenarios que se pueden dar en el día a día. Además no dejar solo está inercia positiva y de generar algo rendimiento solo a nivel de equipo sino extrapolarlo al departamento y resto de la organización, generando nuevas ideas y sinergias de trabajo a nivel organizativo.
