In my experienced I realised that most of the OEMs they tend to rush into supplying the equipment before analysing all the pros and cons of their material/equipment which tend to be redesigned when the equipment is already in operation to suit what is needed by the client or to incorporate safety systems. However according to my analysis this is caused by some of the OEMs doesn't have the technical know-how of what is exactly needed by the client on the ground maybe due to regional or international differential standards.
