D&I is a mindset and systemic change, not a slogan. For example if equal promotion criteria for both women and men are perceived a tangible demonstration of D&I in practice in a given company this should be reflected across the implemented processes, guidelines, internal&external communication and closely monitored. It should also be reflected in individual commitments of the management board, HR, recruiters etc. to ensure clarity of approach and focus.

Precisamente las fricciones que genera la diversidad que fomentan la resiliencia son alguna de esas barreras que nos encontramos a la hora de fomentar entornos diversos e inclusivos. El miedo al cambio y a lo desconocido y la comodidad de estar en un contexto sencillo y en el que nos manejamos adecuadamente nos hace temer lo desconocido y sus consecuencias. Además, cuestionarse a uno mismo no es un ejercicio sencillo ni agradable. Darnos cuenta de que inconscientemente nuestras actitudes, palabras y maneras de actuar impactan negativamente la vida de otros, es sin duda doloroso y difícil.

Inclusion has it's limits, exclusion is the key factor to factor into the ecuation. Whom are the indesirables? First to be excluded are the divisive intrusionists that demand, demand, demand, and protest and are vocal, and are offended, the "how dare you" eternal offended type, they bring down entire organisations pretending to be bettering them wiht inclsion (but not of those they hate) clinging to power in key position without actually knowing what they are doing and imposing from those positions rules and regualtions that are the final poison that will destructurate the whole corporation in a few years if not eliminated; together with whom perpetrated them from the payroll urgently, see Disney and it's subsidiaries latelly, among others.
