usually model architectures selected in such challenge are models which can handle depth and attention at the same time , because these types of models should not be just able to classify/segment medical data but also should be able to identify the disease in a certain context , these models should also be able to learn vast amount of data , CNNs like ( DenseNets or UNets) are good starting baselines , however to handle the complexity of such data formats i do prefer going to models which has attention mechanism like TransUNets

Step 1: Start with Baseline pilots without AI on a scaled parameters for a proper evaluation model and measurement protocol. The Baseline pilot should be done without any AI intervention and a measurement protocol / process should be defined to measure the velocity and other params without AI first.
