One thing I have noticed in my field as a CRM specialist is that 98% of the time the chatbot prolongs the delay in giving a direct answer and solution to the client's inquiry only infuriates the client the more. So my advice is that the chatbot should have a time frame to call in live customer support personnel to address a client's request is crucial

Just like any software and application malfunctions are bound to occur as vulnerabilities and system upgrades are required, the chatbot should have a constant monitoring process by the programmers to ensure it is still in line with and achieving what it's designed for successfully!
