How can big data and AI help monitor and achieve the SDGs?
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a set of 17 global objectives to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure peace and prosperity for all by 2030. To monitor and achieve these ambitious goals, we need reliable and timely data and information. However, traditional sources of data, such as surveys and censuses, are often costly, slow, and incomplete. How can big data and AI help fill the gaps and support the SDGs?
