Bei einem Lieferantenaudit wurde mir als Auditor ein Mitarbeiter zur Verfügung gestellt. Dieser Mensch hatte eine sehr gute Wissensbasis über die Prozesse im APQP. Er hat mir die auch wirklich gut dargelegt. Nach einiger Zeit habe ich dann aber gedr?ngt dies auch in Entwicklung und Fertigung sehen zu dürfen. Das ging dann im w?rtlichen Sinn komplett daneben. Alle Prozess waren nicht etabliert, Die restlichen Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens hatte keine Ahnung und der besagte APQP Spezialist war als Einzelk?mpfer auf verlorenem Posten. Das anschlie?ende Gespr?ch mit der Gesch?ftsführung verlief v?llig chaotisch, da auch dort absolute Ahnungslosigkeit über Kundenforderungen bzw. APQP vorlagen. Der Lieferant wurde natürlich nicht nominiert.
