In my experience at one company we created a team called “high performance ambassadors” for a team behavior model”. We had several discussions and came up with topics that affected our team. Then the ambassadors chose a small group from the larger team, my team had “Conflict resolution”. We had to come up with a scenario and have two solutions to resolve the conflict we had a friendly competition between the teams as well…we opted to a “what not to do” and “what to do”..of course we went over the top with the “what not to do”, ..at the end of the day, it strengthened our team with some humor, but we did use an actual issue our team had. And we won the competition and got Starbucks!! You have to be transparent and willing to learn
