1 Identify the problem

Lo ideal es conversar con la persona, escucharlo y de acuerdo a ello podemos identificar el problema y revisar estrategias como poder llegar a el y trabajar de esa manera. La segunda opción es buscar a un experto en asuntos psicológico para que pueda entender el problema y nos de estrategias para poder dialogar y poder trabajar con esa persona y si ya no hay solución, pues queda tomar la mejor decisión para la empresa.

If I run into a repeated issue with a coworker, I like to sit with the issue and examine it for a little while before choosing any follow up action. I take the time to sort out my feelings, and really get to the bottom of the issue. Then I work out what I think would be a solution, and reach out to a co-worker or manager for feedback on the issue and my proposed solution. That review is helpful because some problems are a result of ingrained thoughts or assumptions that someone else can see, but you can't, and they can provide an external perspective and solution. I also try to remind myself that in most cases, the problem is not the end of the world, and reaching a compromise and being able to continue working with a coworker is important.

Considero que es el primer paso y el más importante: reconocer cuál es el problema. Muchas veces suele ser puntos de vista o expectativas diferentes. Preguntar antes juzgar. Y hacer las preguntas pertinentes orientadas a resolver el problema y no, a agredir a la persona. Es válido pedir la opinión de personas del equipo que estén involucradas, que tengan conocimiento del tema. Quienes no, es mejor mantener la distancia para evitar habladurías.

Have a mediation between the two coworkers to hopefully iron things out. This has been successful 99% of the time. Set some ground rules for the meeting. Allow open talk for each person while the other person really listens without interrupting. Then switch up the conversation.

The next step is to communicate clearly and respectfully with the difficult coworker. You may want to schedule a meeting or a conversation with them, preferably in a private and neutral setting. Express your concerns and feelings calmly and politely, using "I" statements and specific examples. Listen to their side of the story, and acknowledge their point of view. Me ha pasado que he tenido que "ceder" para evitar conflictos o malos entendidos con una compa?era de trabajo. Mi mantra: por mi salud emocional y espiritual prefiero mantener la fiesta en paz. No podemos cambiar a las personas, es imposible, pero podemos cambiar cómo reaccionamos. Como dice Inés Temple: "no podemos cambiar la cara que tenemos, pero sí la cara que ponemos". Nos toca cuidar de nosotros, cuidar nuestro templo para no perjudicar nuestra productividad.
