BIM should be a side property of the design, and not the design. I am concerned the younger generation of engineers will give more attention to BIM due to the client asset management requirements and not on the design.

And that the CNC machine with the dimensions of a building is very expensive and its transportation is very expensive and difficult. Instead of transporting the machine to the construction site and building an unarmored structure, isn't it better to design molds with a CNC machine on the foam material and build armed buildings with many different designs?

3D printing is great concept and will be very useful in upcoming years to come. I have not used this methodology but i am keen to work into this field also.
