But havering data is not everything. Is important what you do with it. And how you find out if a change is statistical relevant or not. Just because to numbers are different doesn't mean the are significantly different. Besides the statistical information it self. You also have a base or theoretical background for it. Why you use what data in which way.

If teams struggle it's important to identify why. Maybe is not the people but the lack of training, infrastructure or else that is holding them back. To easily people get fired for the incompetence of their superior.
