Kapazit?ten zu erzeugen bzw. zur Verfügung zu stellen. Da helfen Strukturen wie ein Lenkungsausschuss, das Kernteam oder das Projektmanagementoffice auf der einen Seite und entsprechende Tools wie zum Beispiel i-unit AIMS um mit Transparenz und definierten Workflows, dafür zu sorgen, dass die Entscheider stets den vollen überblick haben und es zu der zielgerechten Umsetzung von Ma?nahmen kommt.
