Acredito que o primeiro passo para se construir um processo de melhoria contínua através do feedback, é ter os dados. Mecanismos de pesquisa, sejam formulários rápidos e simples para que o público ou quem se beneficie dos seus eventos possa te auxiliam nesse mapeamento de pontos de melhoria, como os utilizados por lojas (e times de marketing) mesmo. Outra forma é confiar esses feedbacks a pessoas que deseja e confia nas críticas, uma espécie de "cliente secreto" para entender o funcionamento dos seus eventos, entender os pontos de melhoria. O time que constrói os eventos com você também podem auxiliar nessa coleta de dados, ouvindo o público, identificando em si mesmos pontos de evolu??o.

Após cada evento que fa?o pego para organizar e entender os dados, através de uma planilha estruturo os dados, tiro as médias e analiso friamente a parte onde pe?o para os participantes do evento colocarem de forma discursiva o que precisamos melhorar. Assim, com os dados estruturados fa?o algumas compara??es também com eventos passados do mesmo formato e já listo algumas palavras chaves para entender os pontos mais citados e partir para a a??o, evoluir.

Esse movimento faz com que o meu olhar esteja bem mais próximo e analítico para evolu??o.
