Second, what is the current market assessment for PM’s in specific fields and regions. They could vary greatly from urban to rural areas, and project types and costs. Thirdly, plan your communication clearly on what you have learned from points one and two above. Be prepared to sell your value to your organization and how your value could impact future projects of greater magnitude.
